My experience with VIP has been wonderful, starting with my initial consultation with Dr. Chen to the followup appointments. Dr. Chen explained the procedures very thoroughly and answered all my questions so I could understand them. On the day of my procedure, David put my at ease. He was reassuring through my entire interaction with him. Samantha was also fantastic. She also was very informative and keep great communication with me throughout the procedure. Jennifer has done several followups with me to check on my progress and I am very glad to say it is going well. The treatment by Dr. Goettl and every staff member from checking in through discharge were amazing. Friendly, talkative staff members that make you feel very well cared about. The center was immaculate, very clean and well decorated. I'm on the fence about the procedure results as I'm only a week out from having PAE. After having all the tests and procedures to get to this procedure PAE which claims essentially no signs effects like urinary incontinence, no ED problems, no catheter, this is a great procedure to keep a prostate happy. The staff I cant say enough praise for everyone of them. Dr. Goettl made me feel great about the procedure he was performing on me. Professional staff 100% and very knowledgeable.
Such a great experience! My nurse , Chris, went above and beyond taking the time to explain the procedure and what to expect post op. Dr Mehta was great to work with and played my favorite music! I will definitely be coming back if I find myself in the need for their services again. The front office staff is great as well and the company is so responsive and communicative. Dr. Goettl very patiently explained the procedure i had and was very direct and thorough in his response, answering all my many questions. He did a great job, and i was happy to have gone with him. He was personable, kind, and he performed the procedure i was there for, no issues at all.
Dr. Goettl, was very informative, he removed my IVC filter that was left in for 16 years to long by another surgeon. I am amazed and pleased with the way my surgery went. I am here today to share this because of him.
